Worst manicure ever! Had to have it corrected the next day. Couldn't say anything as she was really intimidating. She actually snapped my nail. Sis gave me a gap in my eyebrow and disappeared for 10 mins whilst leaving hot wax on my face. Very awful experience.
The tan itself was fine and the value good, especially considering the area, but the staff were rude and the surroundings pretty grotty.
Technician was really lovely. She talked me out of getting gel pedi in favour of a polish pedi which I was extremely happy with! Venue could definitely use a face lift but it didn't bother me too much.
I came in with a stabbing pain down my neck and spine. I was in so much pain at work and was hoping a lunch time massage may give me at least some relief. Alex was amazing - 20 minutes and my pain was significantly relieved. I will book in again for a proper 1 hour massage. Thank you Alex!
Tucked away in Pimlico. Very friendly staff. Premises a little shabby and dark but a good pedicure.
