went all the way to this place to realise that the staff are on holiday there just sitting about and saying their tired. saying it's treatwell fault for this it their job to contact and company and say to not take further booking, haven't recieved a refund yet

I arrived at 11:00 (as booked) but was promptly told to come back in the afternoon as she wasn’t available. In the end the owner (Male) completed my massage. Not what I had booked.
Salon wasn’t clean. No atmosphere. Very budget. Would not recommend.
