Both were supposed to be luxury, in all honesty I don't feel either met the 'luxury' level. Pedicure was on a good-ish level, member of staff was friendly enough, however could read body language and could tell didn't want to be working on this day, I did feel like I was not as welcomed here as nicely as I have been in other beauty places, I also wasn't informed of massage chair think there was just an assumption I would know about it. Didn't receive a foot massage (as stated in the description) as for a matter of fact I didn't receive the hand massage either, I think this was a let down as I do enjoy this part of both services in other stores. Had a manicure after pedicure. It felt very rushed when it came to the painting of my nails, requested a French polish but did not receive one, paint was not given time to dry so ended up all over seats in the car (even though was given the okay to go). On looking closer at the work I noticed paint all over my skin and down the back of my nails. A very messy finish, would never request this level of skill in this salon. I could have cried with how much money I had just spent. All in all I feel for £55 a higher level service should be given for both treatments or these services should have their prices seriously reconsidered. I shouldn't have paid and if I was to pay what thought I should have done I would have paid no more than £15 for the pedicure and £10 for the manicure. I think staff were okay, my therapist could of been happier and not as upset with regards to having to do my treatments. Felt like I had booked in on a day where she could of done with the time sat behind the front desk gossiping instead however by the end of the manicure she seemed to have lightened up, but this was probably because the end was in sight. I did feel like a big hinderance for the first hour. Sad to see this, seems like store does well with regards to the sun bed side. Seemed clean enough, however wasn't keen on pedicure room- that needs seriously updating
