Louise made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The massage itself was amazing, she worked really hard on my problem areas, I felt like I had done 10 rounds with Tyson the next day but overall felt fantastic as the treatment really helped to him unknot my tight muscles due to a frozen shoulder.
