I ran late because I couldn't find parking in front - save yourself stress and just park in the Atrium and walk down. Allow 5-10mins to walk. Despite my lateness, Kirsty was so nice to try her best to accommodate me and give me the full service I pre-paid for - the next person ran late so she was able to finish the style so I could really walk out with a treat. She understood my needs and even managed to make my thin hair look thicker with the style of layering (MAGIC) - she is now my person
