I was treated so lovely! Mali is the loveliest person, we had lovely conversations, she listened to what I wanted, she checked I was happy at every stage, she took her time with no rushing. Lovely staff, I came away feeling very happy and confident with my hair. 10/10 I will definitely be going back.
