Overall, the service was a bit different to what I’ve experienced before, but I’m very pleased with the haircut. I did feel a little disappointed with the colour. I showed an inspiration photo and understood it wouldn’t be as light, but I expected a more noticeable change. I also would have appreciated more guidance, as I’m not very knowledgeable about hair. That said, I’m happy with the cut overall.
