I couldn't recommend this place more if you're looking for a place to feel listened to, comfortable and confident! I am autistic so hair appointments can make me anxious, but I've never felt more at ease than at Tangled. Josie was really brilliant, she really listened to what I wanted, making suggestions when I was unsure, and asked clarifying questions that meant I left the salon with exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much to the team there you are wonderful <3

Being an old geyser of 79 I don't have so much hair these days but it still needs cutting occasionally. Tasha takes great care and listens to your wishes so I'll go again.
