Josie is always cheerful, friendly and professional. She takes good care to cut my hair as I like it and we have worked through several styles over the years.
She offered to take some photos of my hair at my most recent appointment so I can show my new hairdresser. I am relocating and won't be able to use Tangled anymore. She will be a hard act to follow.
