I had had a bad experience the day before with a salon in another district and had a function to attend, but hair was totally unmanageable for the event. Rang Tangled and explained the situation - SOS! and Sophie sorted me out admirably - knew just what the problem was, corrected it, and I was extremely happy. Thank you Sophie!

Absolutely amazing, always have the best of treatments as well as service.. I can’t recommend it enough.. I recommend the smart bond to everyone that has a colour done. Even if they don’t it’s still money well spent. Leaves your hair in such good condition and it lasts ages. Natasha and her team never fail to impress and they go above and beyond for there clients. Couldn’t ask for more...
