I had a wash and blow dry and the experience was okay, but the pricing was misleading. I had prepaid and selected the “long hair” option, but when I arrived I was charged £60 in total, a price that isn’t reflected anywhere on the salon’s price list. I was then told this was actually a discounted rate due to the confusion, and that the usual price would have been £65.
I appreciate the service, but the lack of transparency around pricing was disappointing and made the experience less positive.

Nails Weren’t Done Properly. Wasn’t Ready At Appointment Time, Came Back 30mins Later Still Wasn’t Ready. No Direction Of Who Was Actually The Beautician.
Finally Did My Shellac Dry Pedicure And Didn’t Do A Good Job. Streaky, Uneven & Messy. I Won’t Ever Be Back And I Will Be Expecting A Refund.
