Nail Tech and the service was great, but the receptionist didn’t know I had an appointment, and they wanted to cancel it and rebook. I then had to agree, and then they eventually got the nail tech had to come back to the shop, which she clearly wasn’t expecting. It was awkward and I felt a bit uncomfortable/unwelcome. Nails themselves were good but I don’t think I’ll return.
Iqra was lovely! She explained the cost difference for length/design. Wish that was on the booking form. Very happy with my nails :)

They are really professional guys and know what are they doing to satisfy a clients’ need. Would definitely visit there again.
