I had a great experience at Tandis. I booked last minute via treatwell for a facial and was pleasantly surprised when I got to the venue as it had an edge decor and friendly staff. My facial was very relaxing and the therapist was very gentle and he made me feel very comfortable. I would certainly return next time I am in Birmingham as the experience from booking to completion was easy and stress-free. 5*!

One of the few places I found that will do a dry cut and it was done really well. The service is very friendly and they make an excellent cup of coffee! The facial I had downstairs was amazingly soothing- I enjoyed the steamer on my face and the gentle products, but I have to say my skin has stayed cleaner afterwards at my usual venue. That said, a massage was thrown in at the end so for a relaxing experience, this was a real treat.

When I arrived I had a lovely introduction from the staff there. However downstairs, the treatment room was fairly run down and stark. The wax itself was good but I just felt it was a bit rushed and I wasn't told anything about the type of wax that was going to be used, not cleaned down etc, which I expected from previous waxing experiences. Lovely woman though thank you! And great value for money.

Staff was really warm and welcoming, salon manager personally gave advice on which products to use on my specific hairstyle. Sam cut me a stylish haircut and was overall really friendly and lively. Will definitely use his services again.

Hollywood wax using wax strips. Slightly more painful as compared to a hard wax. But overall very happy with the results.
