My treatment was cancelled at 8pm the night before, and the woman who phoned me was very unhelpful and short with me. I had to contact Treatwell directly to rearrange it. The treatment itself was good, the woman who did it was nice so I booked again. There was a mistake with the timing of my appointment and I had another unpleasant phone call from the same lady. I will not be returning.

Extremely quick service, had a gel manicure done in less than 25 minutes. My nails looked ok after, however, the manicure itself was quite basic- no massage, just fingers soaking in a bowl of cold water.
