The lady was very polite as usual. However this time, she accidentally cut my skin a little when she was cleaning my nails and it really stung. She did apologise but my finger felt a little numb for the rest of the treatment. First time this has ever happened. They’re usually really good

The girls are always super nice and there for a good chat while they take care of your nails! I am not surprised that the place is always full but a bit more of attention to the cleaning and decoration would improve it. I heard that in winter is really cold so let’s see if I can keep being an usual or not
