Paid to get gel extensions ended up with Acrylics. Nail tech was lovely and did warn me that the gel extensions when put under the UV light burn. Tried it on one finger and it burnt a bit... ended up going with Acrylics. Have had Gels done in numerous places and never had this problem. Staff are aware that this happens to multiple customers why offer this service if you know if has problems or buy a different kind of gel powder. Staff are lovely but rather annoyed that I had to go with something that I didn’t actually want. But these things happen. However I think you shouldn’t offer gel if you know they burn most customers.
