I booked my appointment for nail infill. A girl which one did my nails was rough what the result that my treatment was little bit painfull. She was stressed and she don't cleaned enough around my previous infill. Shape of nails and the way of application wasn't good how I expected. After one week I removed polish from nails and I saw that they are green! so I went to the salon and from entrance I saw a guy eating lunch on sunbed. seriously? There wasn't his wife so I have to back next day. Next day I explained that woman what was happening and she said that was my fault. I'm a hairstylist but since I do my nail( 1,5year) I haven't any problems like that. I had argument with her. Customer service is very low.
