Only my second shellac, so not a lot to compare it with! The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the salon was busy. The product used doesn't seem as strong in quality as my previous experience, and the charge was more than quoted online.

Absolutely awful! The lady had her hands all over my face stinking of stale smoke. It was not relaxing at all, and the lashes started falling out a day later! I don’t think half of them were even attached to my lashes! Would not recommend 😔
