Disappointing - Service for Acrylic infill was not standard practice. Steps where missed in the process. I felt the treatment was rushed as I was not even able to wash my hands.
Nail shape was not consistent as all nails were different shapes and sizes. Even when saying to technical about shape she did not reshape and make symmetrical
When giving feedback to staff, the staff were defensive and did not take on board my opinion
Would not ever go back, service is below standard practice.
