Was upset to go back after less than a week to have a shellac mani fixed, which began to lift within 36 hours. Happily my usual beautician was back to do this set. Was surprised the lady who did my nails that lifted didn't apologise, and even said it would have been my fault. But I think she was embarrassed as she doesn't usually do nails and is a waxer, but got sent to do my nails as they made a mistake with the booking.She didn't charge for the removal and I'll go back but only if my regular technician is there! On the plus side - when she does my nails - they last exactly two weeks and stay in perfect conditions.
