My actual manicurist wasn’t available-the salon said they tried to call me but no message was left. There were some issues with the shellac not drying so some nails had to be redone-this hasn’t happened before and delayed my manicure. It looks fine now but I’d have preferred my usual manicurists (arianna/Paula) who are excellent!

My finger is bleeding, nails were filed down more than requested, it wasn’t noticed that one nail was still broken,shape should have advised as not recommended due to different lengths on the nail. Drying machine was unplugged half way through.
