The salon was quite busy so they have a lot of ladies working and you don't have to wait long. I loved my mani, they are very delicate and careful in all steps, made sure to show me lots of colours so I enjoyed it :)

The beautician was very helpful and good at what she does but to get to this salon it is very difficult to park in shepherds bush unless you use Westfield's shopping centre car park which isn't cheap to park so unfortunately I don't think I will be returning.

Hairdresser seemed a bit annoyed to be having to cut my hair, and made some slightly rude comments about the style I have, but the result is fine. My partner pointed out that she'd caught my neck with her scissors a bit too.
