My therapist was lovely however the room was very clinical. No music or atmosphere. The wax it’s self was pain free however I did not get a full Brazilian (didn’t take anything off the bottom) and left a wonky strip as opposed to a triangle.

I can't comment on the ambience as the salon was under refurbishment when I was there but the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the services were very good value.
