Service was quick but sloppy. The stylist was nice but could have been much gentler. I felt water splashing on my face and down my shirt as my hair was being washed. When the stylist noticed me trying to wipe the droplets away, she just chuckled. While brushing my wet hair, I could feel and hear some strands breaking as she roughly pulled the hairbrush through. Similarly, she was quite rough will the blow dry, and altogether, it was not a relaxing experience..
The end result was ok.
If I go back, I'll ask a for different stylist.
