Hot waxing was OK, but missing small details in care, which I would get at my usual waxing salon e.g. pre wax application, removing in-growns or super small hairs with strip etc. Staff were really nice though and I imagine they are stronger in other areas as they offer so much under one roof and seemed busy 😊

Amazing customer service! I had a beautiful Lithuanian hairdresser who gave the most wonderful head massage and took her time and care to give me exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t recommend more and can’t wait for it to grow out so I can go back!!
