Awful awful awful, usually love this place so decided to have a hair cut - no words, she started cutting without asking what I wanted, when I was talking to her she smiled and said yes.. not sure that she heard what I was saying.. at this point I was happy to have a slight trim and run for the hills but the brush came out ... oh my god. Filthy.. filthy..filthy. The owner went to pick up another cleaner brush and asked if that would be better. The place is so dirty I am going to contact health and safety. I don’t want anything bad to happen to the company but hope no one else has the experience of watching a brush in their hair with tons of old hair wrapped round the brush handle.
