Polish on three nails have come off entirely after a few hours and the rest are chipping. Not ideal when this was my pre holiday manicure. I will be in touch when I am back for a repaint as this is wholly unacceptable in my opinion. Disappointed.

The customer service was on minus, apart from the manager I assume, this was The most traumatic, painful and quickest wax I’ve ever had. From the time she didn’t even leave the room for me to get changed and was rushing my service, I should have known.
