Was left in the chair for half an hour with no one telling me what was happening then the lady brushed my hair with a hairbrush full of other people’s hair! Long black strands were all in it then really messily put the dye on my roots basically backcombing it so all the hair was going in the wrong directions then tried to force a comb and dye through the rest of my hair which had obviously been stuck in different directions so she was making it really knotty while telling me I need to brush my hair more. She was really rough I felt like all my hair was being pulled out this was very painful and left me with a massive headache. I felt like I wanted to leave so many times but I’d already pre paid. I asked for ginger/copper/natural and left with bright red hair all uneven colours. This was an awful experience and I will never ever come back.
