Waited 20 minutes past appointment time but they did apologise. Threading was good, but quite a bit of plucking involved which I’ve never had before. No cooling gel afterwards. Room wasn’t the cleanest

I been in this place few times,today I've done extension with acrylic treatment, in the beginning I was not sure about the colour but Arianna was very kind to help me with my choice , she was very friendly and helpful, I like it ! I would like to come back,all the girls especially the Italians were very nice with me and professional I really reccomend
