The staff is lovely and very professional. My company moved offices from Central London to White City and I had been looking for a good beauty venue. This is it! I have come here three times and will be coming back - it’s my new local! I love that they use hot wax for the eyebrows if you want, you dont get that around London.

Excellent experience. They were happy to add some other treatments, which I had not booked in advance. The lady who did the waxing and my nails ( such a shame I didn’t ask her for her name) was lovely and friendly. I will definitely be back!
