After 5+ years of coming to this salon for hair and nails (with an average spend of around £800 a year) I won't spend another penny. I chose a new brand of shellac from the salon and by the time I got home I had two damaged nails. I went back to have it replaced and told me they had no room and to call and make an appointment. When I went back, they still charged me again, and called me a difficult customer. Hilariously mediocre people, so that was the last time I'm treated like that. AVOID!!!
