The salon was clean and tidy, however extremely loud even though it wasn't very busy. The stylist I was assigned to through the app was not the one who actually gave me the haircut. There was some communication issues as the stylist didn't speak english very well however the job was done. Wouldn't go back however as the price didn't reflect the experience.
I was very disappointed. I won’t be going there again. I was charged £9 extra than the treatwell price just because three nails were broken and I needed them fixed so I ended up paying more than anticipated. I’ve had several bad experiences with Areana in the past as well who refuses to do my nails and always convinces me to do another treatment as opposed to the one I want which is most probably down to her laziness. Every time she does my nails they never last and she’s just spiteful in general. Overall the salon seems very stingy and the experience was not enjoyable. They try and charge as much as possible because they know treatwell takes 30% off, I’ve even been told not to book an appointment on treatwell just for that. They leave clients waiting 15-20mins and when a client is just 5mins late they give their appointment away. It’s quite embarrassing actually that the service is below adequate.
