The hairdresser did not understand what I wanted, she spoke very little English which was fine but this impacted the communication between us. I showed her images of what I wanted and explained my hair type is curly African hair which needs more heat. I left with my hair puffy rather than straightened and volumised. She forgot to straighten my baby hairs as they are curly and basically just wanted to do things her way. Never again will I return- they can keep the cheap prices!
