Went in for a trim and particularly specified to Daniela that I didn’t want layers. I thought she had understood this however she then proceeded to give me layers anyway. I don’t understand why she did this especially when I told her this so explicitly. Half way through I had enough and asked her just to stop cutting altogether, she said, and I quote “ mm no I cut a bit more”. She cut parts of my hair so short I can’t even tie it up in any way to hide it. It will take a year to grow back. :(
