The wash was very aggressive and the shampoo used was very drying to the point my hair was actually so oil free it was squeaky and that was deem a good thing. Then the brushing of the hair was too rough and i could see my hair breaking as it was being done. the blow dry was ok, although there was a lot of hair tugging going on and then a final brush through that broke even more hair and left it very fluffy. My hair is naturally curly so does not need that much brushing and tugging.
