The nails were not the shape I asked for, nor was the length. The lady made me bleed and one of the nails snapped and she didn’t fix it

Lovely staff with a great selection of options but my cuticles were pushed back till they bled which was painful. My nails do look good but not sure it’s healthy to do that.
