Spooly that was used wasnt clean. Shape of my eyebrows weren't considered, it seemed a bother to just trim them. I asked them to be tinted too, she asked if I wanted then dark, I said no, natural colour, they turned out black. I looked ridiculous and my eyebrows weren't tidy when I left. I think shaping of the eyebrows should be considered I.e tweezing stray hairs and trimming.
