The beautician was really nice, but the wax was awful. My waxes are usually quite straight forward, but this took numerous attempts. I was in a LOT of pain, more than I’ve ever been for a wax (even my first one). I’ve been left with bruising and scabs on my bikini line. I’m not sure how this happened. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

Sofia is lovely and a great wax - she was also wearing a face visor however everyone else in the salon, staff and visitors, were not and it was not being enforced
