From what I had seen online I was expecting quite a defined finish. Unfortunately this isn’t what I got. My eyebrows were not shaped and were tinted so dark. They did not look one bit pleasant as seen online. I was also quite annoyed that my trainer was being used to hold the door open which I thought was slightly unprofessional. As I called and complained the shop notified TW I did not show to my appt as this would not stop me to writing a review. I had to contact TW to say this was not the cas
