Room for treatment wasn't that clean. A man opened the door whilst we were in the middle of the treatment. Wasn't given the beautician I booked. She was nice, but I don't think her technique was great. It was so much more painful than any other wax I've had (been having brazilians for years). 5 mins in I asked her to stop and she switched to a different wax (I think for sensitive skin) which made the experience bearable, but 3 days later I'm covered in sores and uncomfortable. Won't return.
