Very thorough, good attention to detail. Nails do look cute however the only issue is that it wasn’t the colour I requested. If they didn’t have the colour I wanted I would have preferred to have been told before they were done.

This was absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a simple trim, and I specified TWICE I didn’t want layers, but the hairdresser insisted. It was bad enough that she didn’t listen to me, but now I was getting short layers, when I said I only wanted an inch off. The bare minimum that I asked for was to be able to put my hair up into a ponytail, and now I can’t even do that, because I have extremely short and uneven layers.
