Yalda made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. She did an amazing job with Hollywood wax and I’ll be booking with her from here onwards! This is the second time coming here I am disappointed as both times I was charged extra. First time for them using a straightener, secondly for the hairdresser trimming my hair but I didn't book that. It's disappointing because the service otherwise is very good
