I really loved my technician she was lovely but it felt very very rushed and she somehow managed to entirely damage my nails by filing down into them doing the infills along with filing my cuticles which are now red and totally damaged. So everytime she put anything on my nails it stung horribly.

This review is solely based on Yalda. It was my first time getting a bikini & underarm wax & Yalda did a wonderful job. She was kind and polite. I numbed myself about 30 minutes before the procedure & the pain was tolerable I was expecting a lot worse even with the numbing cream. I would recommend her for a wax!
