Latifa was excellent; she had a friendly manner that put me at ease straightaway. I had had a big break between waxing, having shaved inbetween so was pretty nervous, however Latifa was very skilled and made it as quick and painless as I could have hoped. Glad to be back to waxing and will definitely return here!

My nails look amazing and she was just so lovely. I will be back especially since it was extensions that I had. The only reason I have left a star off is because I am in agony! My cuticles have been bleeding for 2 days since my treatment. At the time I felt the pain but was unsure if I was just being sensitive but it seems like my cuticles were fully filed off and it’s soooo painful! Hope next time that does not happen and I can give 5 stars!
