Overall a pretty poor experience. 90% of colours were unavailable. The cleanliness of the tools was questionable, and my gels have chipped in a matter of days! Really disappointing. Vesal was skilled at shaping and friendly but nails should not be chipping so quickly so maybe higher quality (and quantity) of colours needed. Unfortunately I would not recommend or go back here.

Usually I get my manicure done by Fazi, she is amazing. This time I had Mozhy and it was awful. She was incredibly rough, didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails and by the time she finished filing they were too short to change into the shape I originally wanted. When I showed her the design I wanted she made me feel like it was such a difficult task ( I have had the same design done by Fazi in the past with 0 issues and she has always been so happy to do what I ask). Never again.

I don’t remember ever being this looked after! To start with Yalda is an absolute sweetheart and she clearly is passionate about her job. She was as excited as I was with the results! I loved it! She made sure I was comfortable and turned off the music, gave me a blanket and made sure I was in an environment where I could relax.
I am looking forward to make this my regular go-to salon for all of my beauty needs.
PS - give Yalda a payrise! She’s the best!
