Zara & Zofia were friendly and accommodating.
Zara was knowledgeable about colour. Her highlights, cut and blow-dry were very good. Be ready to pay extra for the toner though! I expected it to be included in the price of highlights but it's not.
Zofia did my manicure. It was good but the shellac application is a bit lumpy, which could be because she did 3 coats of colour. The hot wax was excellent, very quick and the least painful wax I've had so would definitely recommend.

Sol, the lovely Brazilian beautician, was amazing! She is really nice and did a great job. The pain was minimal, which I didn’t expect considering I haven’t waxed for a couple of month. She did a great job and made sure to take everything off. Bonus: my skin wasn’t irritated or too red at all at the end! Really pleased with the experience.
