Zara & Zofia were friendly and accommodating. Zara was knowledgeable about colour. Her highlights, cut and blow-dry were very good. Be ready to pay extra for the toner though! I expected it to be included in the price of highlights but it's not. Zofia did my manicure. It was good but the shellac application is a bit lumpy, which could be because she did 3 coats of colour. The hot wax was excellent, very quick and the least painful wax I've had so would definitely recommend.
