Second time I have been here.
Staff very friendly however the colouring wasn't great this time. The grey hair hasn't been covered properly (Already have showing after 4 days). The rough blow drying was perhaps too rough because despite I asked to dry the hair I left the salon with my hair still wet. Might be they were too busy but you get what you pay for so overall I would say was okayish.

Only asked for a trim and had a really uneven haircut :( one section of my hair at the front on the right hand side is much shorter than the rest of my hair

The treatment was not carried out with dilligence, there was a 30 minute lunch break taken and another client was started during my root colour. The receptionist washed my hair and the next day I had scabs on my scalp. My treatment was for a special occasion and I was disappointed with the outcome.
