I usually love this place for brows and have been many times. First time with Khadija was terrible - she rushed and painfully plucked at my brows until I was bleeding with scars and when I pointed this out told me it was my fault for not holding properly, despite no mention / correction from her during the treatment. She did not even trim with scissors / tweezers until prompted. Also asked her to pluck some hairs she had missed on my upper lip and she told me they were gone… they’re not. 0 stars

This is the 2nd time i do lamination with Latifa the previousone was 4-5 weeks before and when i went today my brows were in a good condition. I have done lamination previously and she is the only one i did this with her without damaging my eyebrows. She is really talented and professional.
