Rooms are very cramped and sticky. Staff are lovely. Have had Brazilian waxing for years and this is the first salon to charge extra for doing my bottom. The person doing my wax was very sweet. She did a Hollywood instead of Brazilian by mistake, but was very apologetic. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. Helen’s on Goldhawk Road is much nicer.

I have been coming to this salon for a very long time and now bring my daughter. The customer service is amazing as are the treatments. My husband is very picky about his haircuts and only gets them at Tan & Beauty on. Highly recommend!
